Most of our products are cleanroom-packed and have a consumable nature. They can’t be re-used when returned, and for that reason we do not accept returns.

We do like happy en satisfied customers, however! So please always contact us when you have made an error or are not happy with your products. We will look into your specific situation and determine if we can be of help to resolve your issue.

In case you think there’s something wrong with the supplied products, please contact us. As a rule, the articles 8 and 9 of our General Terms and Conditions will apply. We will do our best to solve any problems.
